Since 1989, LRE Foundation Repair has been dedicated to providing top-notch foundation repair and soil stabilization services. What started as Lar-Rays Excavating, Inc. (where LRE comes from) in Hernando County, Florida, has grown from just 3 employees to over 130, driven by a mission to redefine the standards of general contracting.
Our journey began with a simple goal: to meet the growing needs of homeowners with expertise, integrity, and teamwork. Over the years, we've expanded our services to include foundation repair, concrete repair, crawlspace repair, and exterior drainage solutions. Today, we proudly serve most of Florida, committed to living out our mission of redefining the industry for Florida homeowners.
1989 Lar-Rays Excavating, Inc. founded in Hernando County, Florida by Raymond and Susan Woolever.
1992 Expanded services and rebranded to LRE Ground Services, specializing in ground stabilization and sinkhole repair.
1990’s Grew from 3 to 35 employees, expanding services to include pre-construction soil stabilization and underpinning.
2000’s Grew to the largest Sinkhole repair company in Florida. Implemented state-of-the-art equipment to minimize damage to structures and landscaping.
2010 Joined Supportworks Network, qualifying for approval to install to top-tier products and receive top-tier training.
2011 Adapted to insurance law changes, focusing more on private pay residential and commercial projects while still available for sinkhole repair insurance claims.
2020 Rebranded to LRE Foundation Repair, officially transitioning from LRE Ground Services.
2020’s Joined Thrasher Partners, enhancing access to world-class products and training through Supportworks, leading to a strategic pivot in culture and growth strategy.
Present Grown to over 130 employees with offices in Tampa, Orlando, Miami, and St. Petersburg, serving most of Florida. We've assisted over 25,000 Florida homeowners.
