LRE was able to help a new homeowner located in Tampa experiencing wood rot and sagging floors. LRE remedied the homeowners' issues by removing the weakened supplemental beams, joists, and flooring and replaced it with new material. SmartJacks were also installed underneath the new flooring and existing flooring to permanently stabilize the whole home's floors.
