Damaged Draining System Around Pool
The pool deck of this Tampa home had experienced damage due to age and exposure to the elements. LRE needed to repair the current drains and install a new drainage system so this homeowner's yard would not continue to flood when it rained.
Cutting Out Old Channel Drains
LRE had to remove the old channel drains in this pool deck and create new ones that could withstand the amount of water that travels through the deck and into the yard. LRE was able to create the perfect water diversion system so this homeowner's yard wouldn't flood.
Installation of New Drains
LRE installed new channel drains where needed throughout this pool deck. These new drains will keep water from pooling around the deck and yard.
Completion of New Channel Drains in Pool Deck
LRE's installation of new drains in the pool deck remediated the flooding problems. Water was able to properly move through the drains and away from the home eliminating flooding and washout issues.
Missing Area of Pool Deck
This homeowner wanted the missing portion of his pool deck to be filled in and smoothed out to match the rest of the deck. Water would pool up in this area causing drainage issues and overgrowth of mold as well.
Concrete Replacement on Pool Deck
LRE poured a new section of concrete into the missing portion of pool deck that had been filled with rocks and shells. This concrete slab was graded to also allow for proper drainage of water flow.
Hard Pipe Replacement for Water Diversion
LRE installed hard pipe below ground and around the exterior of this home. The pipe was attached to pop up drains and new downspouts creating a whole new drainage system for this homeowner.
