Core Holes Drilled Inside Home
To install helical piers, core holes are drilled inside the house and through the floors. This is where the pier system is placed once all holes are completed.
Ready for Pier Installation
Placement of each helical pier is carefully measured and spaced out throughout the home. Once all drill holes are completed, the installation process can begin.
Holes Drilled in Flooring
Core holes can be drilled through tile, concrete, or wood floors in the perfect size to fit the helical pier and bracket system.
Helical Pier and Bracket in Place
Helical piers are driven through the hole and foundation and end at various depths once the proper pressure and compaction is achieved.
Pier System Hydraulically Lifted
Once all helicals are in place, they can be lifted simultaneously until the foundation is releveled and cracks are closed.
Pier System Attached to Foundation
The pier and bracket system is affixed to the foundation and then covered over once the job is complete.
Holes in Floors are Covered Up
All drill holes and pier system materials are covered over in concrete to allow for replacement flooring to be put back down.
Holes are Replaced with Flooring
Original materials are typically used to cover up drilled holes and work completed at the property.
