Photo Album: Concrete Patio Repaired in Oviedo, FL
Sonja G. grew concerned as the cracks in her front patio continued to grow. Parts of the patio had sunken causing a tripping hazard, which she was covering up with chairs. Wanting her patio fixed, she called LRE Foundation Repair for help. LRE first inspected the property, determining poor shifting soil conditions were to blame, and designed a solution using PolyLevel and NexusPro products. First, the patio is cleaned and prepped, and small drill holes are measured out and placed throughout the patio where the PolyLevel materials would be applied. PolyLevel is an expanding, polymer-based material that flows through the holes and through loose soils, filling voids and stabilizing the area. The patio is carefully measured as the PolyLevel expands, lifting parts of the slab back level. After this process is complete, LRE finished the project by filling all cracks with its silicone-like sealer called NexusPro. Not only does NexusPro protect the patio from future damage, but it also gives a clean, more uniform look to the concrete when it dries. Once LRE was finished, this homeowner was delighted at the new look of her patio and relieved her tripping hazards were remedied for good.

LRE's PolyLevel Work in Progress
LRE carefully measures where the product is applied as well as monitoring the amount and pressure of the product. PolyLevel is an expanding foam material that needs a watchful eye during the application process.
