Cracks on Stucco Wall
This home had settlement cracks on the outside walls which needed repair. But before the stucco repairs, LRE fixed the foundation problems.
Soil Stabilization
LRE injected PolyLevel, an expanding polymer foam material, under the concrete slab to stabilize loose soils and fill in voids from washout.
Voids Filled and Soils Stabilized
PolyLevel is a material used to stabilize soil beneath structures due to its ability to flow underground, expand, and harden, creating a stable base.
Helical Pier Installed Around Deck
LRE's equipment is small enough to reach tight spaces like around this pool deck. Helical piers are installed for added stability to the foundation.
Helical Pier Bracket
Helical piers are drilled deep into the soil until it reaches the desired level of compaction. After this, the pier is permanently connected to the footer of the home using a bracket. Once the installation is complete, all materials are buried underground and left unnoticeable
Support Piers Installed Around Home
Additional helical piers, or support piers, are installed at various locations around the home as needed. Once in place, the home's foundation is stable and secure for years to come.
Helical Pier and Bracket Buried
Concrete is poured and smoothed over the steel pier and bracket, permanently stabilizing this section of the home.
Helical Pier Completion
LRE carefully cleans the property, smooths new concrete pours, and removes any signs of damage from drilling.
