Photo Album: Settling Foundation Solution in Frostproof, FL.
Cindy W. and her husband have been living in their self-built home in Frostproof, FL for many years. Recently, they began to notice some interior settlement taking place. They were concerned and wanted to fix the issue before it got worse. They contacted LRE Foundation Repair and scheduled a free assessment with one of our Design Specialists. The specialist visited Cindy's residence and performed a complete home inspection. They were able to verify that the interior foundation of the house was settling. After that, a plan was created to lift and stabilize the foundation utilizing LRE's interior helical pier system. These piers are mechanically pushed into the soil underneath to lift and permanently stabilize the foundation. With a plan in place, the LRE team installed the interior helical piers, stabilizing the foundation successfully, and carefully concealing them in the home's floors upon completion. Cindy and her husband were delighted to know that their long-time home was now even more secure for years to come.

Helical Pier Installation
Mechanically driven into the soil beneath the home, helical piers create the opportunity to elevate the home back to its original position.
