Patrice and Donald, from Mims, Florida, had concerns about the gradual sloping of the floors in their home that had progressed over time. An LRE Design Specialist came out and conducted a thorough inspection of the crawl space and found many areas where soil settlement had caused the block piers to sink, leading to the sagging floors above. For a permanent solution, the LRE team installed a series of SmartJacks in key points of the crawl space, providing permanent and adequate stabilization to the floors above. Patrice and Donald's floors have been successfully leveled and stabilized, allowing them to continue living in their long-time home with a renewed sense of safety and security.
