Cracks Identified in Inspection
A thorough inspection of the foundation and affected areas is conducted to identify the extent of settlement and locate cracks. Any debris, loose material, or obstacles on the floor are cleared to ensure a clean work area.
LRE Creates Access Points
LRE's team carefully plots out each spot where PolyLevel will be applied throughout the house. The drill holes are small enough to leave as minimal of damage as possible.
PolyLevel Application in Kitchen
Polyurethane foam is pumped through small holes drilled through tile seams, protecting the tiles. The foam expands, gradually lifting floors to the desired level while filling all gaps and voids laying underneath the tile.
Expandable Foam Fills Gaps
It's important to note that while expanding foam materials can be effective in certain situations, the success of the repair depends on factors such as the type of foam used, the condition of the existing slab, and the underlying cause of the settlement. LRE Foundation Repair takes pride in our careful inspections and custom-designed solutions.
Access Holes Drilled Through Concrete
Once PolyLevel has been applied and leveling is complete, the access holes are patched or filled with a compatible material to restore the appearance of the floor.
Smooth and Level Concrete Slab
Upon completion, the concrete lanai is leveled, clean, and smooth. The project is fast, and most can be completed in less than a day.
Concrete Sealant on Cracks
After the foam has fully cured, a post-application inspection is performed to confirm that the leveling process was successful and that the cracks have been addressed. LRE utilizes NexusPro to permanently seal cracks and protect the floors from future damage.
