Trench Excavation
Our production team initiates the installation of the homeowner's new drainage solution by excavating an appropriately sized trench for placing the French drain system around the home's perimeter.
French Drain Placement
After removing the soil, our team carefully installs the French drain system in the excavated trench. It will later be concealed and start collecting rainwater to divert away from the home.
Buried Downspout and Drainage Pipe Installation
As part of the new drainage system, the downspouts connected to the gutters above will be directly connected to the buried drainage pipe underground, directing water away from the home's perimeter.
Drainage Pipe Concealment
Following the installation of the underground drainage pipe with the buried downspouts, our production carefully replaces the removed soil and sod for a seamless appearance.
French Drain and Downspout Concealment
The newly installed French drain is concealed with gravel, allowing water to flow directly into the underground system while also providing an aesthetically pleasing appearance.
Pop-up Relief Drain
The rainwater collected by the French drain and buried downspouts will be redirected towards pop-up relief drains at the end of the property through the underground pipe system. This solution ensures the effective removal of water from around the home's perimeter and prevents flooding.
