Garage Wall Cracks
Vertical cracks along the interior walls of the homeowner's garage had appeared gradually over time, indicating instability in the home's foundation.
Stair-step Cracks in Exterior Walls
An all-too-common occurrence with settling foundations is the development of stair-step cracking patterns in the walls of a home or building.
Ceiling Cracks
A very unsettling sight for the homeowner was the appearance of major cracks in the ceiling inside their home.
Helical Pier Installation Preparation
Since the home's addition was positioned adjacent to the pool deck, our team carefully removed sections of the concrete in order to allow for the installation of the helical piers beneath the foundation.
Excavated Concrete and Soil
The appropriate amount of concrete and soil has been removed to allow for in the installation of the helical piers. Once the installation is complete, our team will carefully replace the excavated soil and concrete.
Complete Helical Pier Installation
The helical piers have been successfully installed into the soil beneath the home and bracketed to the bottom of the foundation. The piers have now lifted the home's addition back to its proper position, while also providing permanent stabilization against future settlement.
Soil Replacement
Now that the installation is complete, our production team proceeds to conceal the piers below the foundation by first replacing the previously removed soil.
Helical Pier Concealment
After the soil has been replaced, the concealing of the helical piers is complete following the replacement of the removed sections of the pool deck.
