Flood Zone
This area of the home had been reported by the homeowner to have experienced the most flooding during rainstorms.
Ineffective Downspout Drainage
The downspouts that were initially installed with the home's gutter system had proven to be ineffective, as the dispersed rainwater would flood around the perimeter of the home.
Drainage Pipe Trench Excavation
The LRE team excavates soil to create a proper placement for the underground drainage pipe system.
Concealing Drainage System
After properly placing the drainage pipe and pop-up relief drain in the excavated trench, the LRE team carefully conceals the system with the previously removed soil.
Buried Downspout
The downspouts have been directly connected to the underground drainage pipe system.
Complete Drainage System Installation
The downspouts are now successfully connected to the underground drainage pipe system, directing rainwater from the roof's gutter system to the pop-up relief drain and away from the perimeter of the home.
