Photo Album: Leveling Concrete Walkway and Filling Void in Stuart, Florida
Danielle’s concrete walkway leading to the front door of her Stuart, Florida home had cracked and settled into the ground, creating an uneven surface and resulting in a trip hazard between two of the slabs. She asked LRE Foundation Repair for an inspection in hopes of finding a solution. A Design Specialist examined her walkway and found a large void underneath the concrete where soil had washed away, causing the slabs to sink. As a comprehensive solution, our team implemented the Two-Part Concrete Protection System. First, PolyLevel was injected under the concrete to fill the void and level the settled slabs. Next, they sealed the cracks with NexusPro to prevent water from intruding beneath the concrete and enhance curb appeal. The result was a fully leveled and stabilized walkway, with the trip hazards completely eliminated. Danielle can now be free of the threat of injury from the previous trip hazard and rest assured knowing her concrete walkway is permanently secure.
