Damp and Desolate Crawl Space
Without proper moisture regulation, the crawl space beneath this home suffered from water damage caused by rainstorms, which could lead to structural issues and mold growth.
Crawl Space Debris
A common issue in crawl spaces is the accumulation of debris, as these areas aren't frequently attended to.
Crawl Space Encapsulation
Following the removal of debris, the LRE team encapsulates the entire crawl space with a waterproof plastic liner as a part of the CleanSpace Encapsulation System.
CleanSpace Sump Pump
A proprietary CleanSpace sump pump is installed in the crawl space to expel any rainwater that enters the area through an exterior drainage pipe.
CleanSpace Dehumidifier
To keep air in the crawl space clean and dry, a specialized dehumidifier is installed as a part of the CleanSpace Encapsulation System.
Exterior Pop-up Relief Drain
To finalize the installation of the crawl space drainage system, a pop-up relief drain is placed on the exterior of the home to discharge rainwater from inside the crawl space. Both the drainage pipe and the pop-up relief drain are concealed beneath the surface of the homeowner's yard.
