LRE Preps Jobsite for Helical Pier Installation
LRE takes pride and care in not only the set up of every project, but also the clean up, treating each home like our own.
Helical Pier Drilled into Ground
Each helical pier is installed using small construction equipment that can access even the tightest spaces. In this photo, a helical pier is bring drilled into soils like a large screw.
Helical Pier Installation
Helical piers are made of galvanized steel to resist corrosion as they will be permanently set in ground for many years. These piers are drilled deep enough to create the proper amount of pressure and compaction with the soils.
Pier Attached to Home
Each pier is topped with a heavy duty bracket that is attached to the home and buried underground. Once all piers are in place, they stabilize the entire foundation by shifting the weight loads of the foundation from the soils onto the piers.
Project Cleaned Up
Every pier is buried underground, either by soil, or by concrete, as shown in this photo. The jobsite is left as clean as can be, leaving little evidence of the work left behind.
