Photo Album: Stabilizing Crawl Space Support in Brooksville, Florida

Brittany had recently purchased her home in Brooksville, Florida, and had begun remodeling the kitchen when she noticed areas where the walls appeared to be sagging and separating from the ceiling. Concerned about the condition of the crawl space beneath the home, she asked us at LRE Foundation Repair to conduct a full home inspection. One of our Design Specialists visited Brittany’s home and, upon entering the crawl space, immediately discovered that the floor joists lacked adequate support, causing them to sag. Many of the block piers had settled, and a few stopgap measures put in place by previous owners to support the floor joists had become dismantled. Our team installed our state-of-the-art SmartJack system throughout key areas in the crawl space to provide the sturdy and permanent support needed for the floor joists. Brittany was very pleased to see the affected areas of the home lifted back into place, and she can now enjoy peace of mind knowing that her foundation is now permanently stabilized.
