Photo Album: Concrete Pool Deck Repair in Oviedo, Florida
The concrete surface of Deborah’s pool deck at her rental property in Oviedo, Florida, had developed multiple cracks and tripping hazards. She asked LRE Foundation Repair to inspect the pool deck in hopes of finding an effective repair solution. Following a close examination by one of our Design Specialists, it was discovered that significant soil erosion had occurred beneath the pool deck, causing the concrete to settle and crack. To remedy this issue, our team implemented our Two-Part Concrete Protection System. First, our team leveled and stabilized the concrete with PolyLevel. Next, the cracks were filled and sealed with NexusPro to prevent water intrusion and enhance the deck’s overall appearance. After our team completed the repairs, Deborah’s pool deck is now fully restored and stabilized, ensuring a safe environment for her and her tenants.
