Foundation Wall Cracks
A concerning sign for the property owners was the appearance of cracks in several areas of the building's exterior walls.
Horizontal Wall Cracks
Horizontal cracks had appeared along the base of the building's foundation, raising concerns about the structure's stability.
Preparation for Push Pier Installation
The LRE team begins the installation process by first removing sections of the concrete sidewalk to access the footer of the building's foundation.
Push Pier Installation
The push piers are bracketed underneath and against the foundation of the building and are carefully driven deep into the soil below until solid bedrock is reached.
Complete Push Pier Installation
The push piers are now fully installed and are now providing permanent stabilization to the building's foundation.
Concealing Push Piers
Upon completion of the push pier installation process, the LRE team carefully conceals each pier with newly poured concrete to provide a seamless appearance.
