Excavating Trench for French Drain Installation
The LRE team begins the installation process of the new drainage system by excavating a trench along the perimeter of the property to prepare for the placement of the French drain.
French Drain Placement
The French drain is carefully positioned in the excavated trench and will be fully concealed upon the completion of the new drainage system installation.
Drainage Pipe Installation
The drainage pipe connecting the French drain to the pop-up relief drain at the end of the property is placed within the excavated trench.
Liberty Sump Pump Installation
To help remove excess rainwater during severe rainstorms, a Liberty Sump Pump is installed in conjunction with the French drain system.
Connecting Downspouts to Drainage Pipe
The downspouts extending from the roof's gutter system are connected directly to the underground drainage pipe to prevent rainwater from discharging around the home's foundation.
Pop-up Relief Drain
The rainwater collected by the French drain and downspouts is directed to the pop-up relief drain, where it is properly released away from the home.
Concealing Drainage Pipe
The drainage pipe and pop-up relief drain on the other side of the fence are carefully covered with the previously removed soil to create a seamless appearance.
Concealing French Drain
After finishing the installation of the new drainage system, the LRE team carefully covers the French drain to maintain a tidy appearance in the homeowner's yard.
