Photo Album: Permanent Foundation Repair in Hollywood, Florida
Upon noticing numerous cracks appearing on the exterior walls of his home, Franz from Hollywood, Florida, knew he had to have his foundation inspected. He contacted us at LRE Foundation Repair, and our Customer Care team promptly scheduled a free appointment with one of our expert Design Specialists to properly diagnose any potential foundation issues in his home. After arriving at Franz’s home and conducting a full home inspection, our specialist determined that the underlying soil beneath the foundation had started to settle, leaving the foundation’s support compromised. For a comprehensive solution, a plan was devised to fully stabilize and lift the foundation back into its proper position with our push pier system. Franz approved the plan, and our production team quickly began installing the push piers beneath his home, effectively transferring the weight to solid bedrock and ensuring permanent stabilization for the foundation. With the foundation stabilized, Franz can rest assured that his home is now completely secure, giving him peace of mind for years to come.
Stair-step Exterior Wall Cracks
Upon noticing stair-step cracking patterns on the exterior walls of their home, the homeowner knew they needed to have the foundation inspected.
Horizontal Wall Cracks
Another common sign of foundation settlement issues is the presence of horizontal cracks along the walls of a home.
Push Pier Installation Preparation
The LRE team excavates a section of concrete from the walkway around the affected side of the home to access the foundation's footer and prepare for the installation of the push piers in the soil below.
Complete Push Pier Installation
The push piers are bracketed to the foundation's footer and then driven deep into the soil beneath the home until they reach solid bedrock. This process provides stabilization for the foundation, and an attempt can be made to lift it back to its proper position.
Concealing Push Piers
Once the push pier installation is complete and the foundation has been fully stabilized, the LRE team carefully conceals the push piers by replacing the excavated concrete with new, freshly poured concrete.
