Photo Album: Foundation Settlement Repair in Margate, Florida
Kathleen’s newly inherited home in Margate, Florida, had suffered from extensive settlement damage, with major cracks developing throughout the walls. Concerned about the structural integrity, she reached out to LRE Foundation Repair to help assess the situation and offer a solution to stabilize the home. Following a thorough inspection by our Design Specialist, soil settlement had been determined the be the root cause, and a plan was developed to implement our push pier system. Each pier would be strategically installed in designated locations beneath the foundation, providing the home with durable and permanent stabilization. After presenting this comprehensive plan to Kathleen, our production team went to work installing the system, permanently stabilizing the foundation, lifting the home back to its proper position, and closing the wall cracks. Upon completion, Kathleen was relieved, knowing her newly inherited home was now completely secure.
