Stem Wall Separation
The homeowner noticed that the stem wall of their elevated pool deck had begun to separate from the rest of the home - a clear sign that the foundation had shifted due to underlying soil movement.

Exterior Wall Cracks
Large, horizontal cracks had formed along the stem wall of the homeowner's pool deck - another clear indication that the foundation had settled and the structure was beginning to shift.

Installing Helical Piers
The LRE team began the helical pier installation by first excavating the soil to expose the foundation footer. Once exposed, each pier was mechanically driven deep into the ground beneath the stem wall until reaching stable, load-bearing soil layers.

Complete Helical Pier Installation
The helical piers were successfully installed and securely bracketed to the foundation's footer, transferring the weight of the structure to deep, load-bearing soil layers and providing permanent stabilization to the foundation.

Concealing Helical Piers
Once the foundation has been properly stabilized, the LRE team carefully conceals each helical pier with the previously excavated soil to provide a seamless appearance for the homeowner.
