Crawl Space Flooding
Flooding rainwater had collected in the homeowner's crawl space as a result of the absence of an effective moisture control and drainage system, putting the foundation at risk for long-term damage.

Crawl Space Inspection
An inspection of the homeowner's crawl space by the LRE Design Specialist revealed a damp and humid environment that lacked a proper moisture control system.

EZ-Flow French Drain Installation
The LRE team clears out any debris from the crawl space and then proceeds to install the EZ-Flow French drainage system. This system is designed to efficiently collect any flooding rainwater entering the space and redirect it to an exterior drainage outlet, helping to prevent water from pooling and protecting the foundation.

Drainage Matting Installation
Drainage matting is placed on the floor of the crawl space to help channel rainwater entering the space to the EZ-Flow drainage system.

CleanSpace Vapor Barrier
The entire crawl space is sealed with the CleanSpace vapor barrier to protect against moisture damage and prevent mold growth.

Crawl Space Sump Pump System
As part of the CleanSpace system, a specialized Liberty Sump Pump was installed to actively remove collected rainwater and direct it to the exterior drainage system, ensuring the crawl space remains dry and protected during heavy storms.

Crawl Space Dehumidifier
To keep the air in the crawl space clean and dry all year round, a specialized dehumidifier is installed as a part of the CleanSpace system.

EverLast Crawl Space Door
As the final step in the crawl space encapsulation process, an EverLast crawl space door was installed at the entrance. This durable door creates an air-tight seal, preventing humid air and pests from entering and helping maintain a clean, dry environment inside the crawl space.
