First, I'd like to talk about the sales rep who came to my home and tested my soil and foundation and came with the option of my house has a possible sinkhole under it his name is Justin. He is very professional and down to earth and makes you feel at ease when he identifies the sinkhole and gives you every option available to help you save your home. Second he brought his team of engineers out from Hillsborough county even though he's Pasco county because they have to use the county you live in. These individuals were here and gone and approximately 20 minutes and it took a few weeks to get the results. They were very professional, polite, and arrived on time. Then came tell our Eve department who puts the pillars in the ground and they treated us like family, we could watch them if we wanted to, they brought me outside and showed me what they were doing before they started and after they were done so I was understand what happened and how this is going to hopefully with my house up. This crew was so polite and answered any question I had and cleaned up so you would never even know that they were there to include they had to cut out a bush and you can't even tell that it was taken out. Last but not least we started seeing cracks in our wall in our ceiling in our window sills and other different signs that we definitely have a sinkhole and now they are bringing a team of sonar radio frequency machines to see how deep missing call actually is and whether we're going to have to leave the home or not. I had Justin's cell phone number to contact him at any time send pictures and whatever I needed from him he was there. The girls in the office are so professional but down to earth and a lot of knowledge answer questions so I didn't have to bother the team. At this time I would highly recommend anybody that needs help with a possible sinkhole or your house just has a correct foundation which is rotting out for 40 years old home to hire these people to do the job. The funding is a little expensive but it's well worth the Peace of mind and not losing your home that you spent your whole life paying for and living in and you have to uproot your family away from your friends away from everybody to a new home.
