Concrete Releveled in Holiday, FL

Rodney M. noticed cracking and settlement to his sidewalk and driveway and had concerns about a foundation problem at his home in Holiday, Florida. LRE completed a full home inspection, and through careful ground measurements and testing, determined that large voids and loose soils were causing the heavy weight of the concrete above to sink. LRE designed a solution to solve this problem using PolyLevel. PolyLevel is a polymer foam material injected through small ports in the concrete slabs that expands when in contact with soils, filling voids and strengthening the area. This material even expanded enough to lift the concrete drive close to two inches. Once the project was complete, this homeowner was happy to see his driveway and sidewalk not only lifted back to normal but permanently stabilized as well.
