Leveling Concrete Pad in Spring Hill, Florida

LRE Foundation Repair was asked by Dave in Spring Hill, Florida, for assistance with the settling concrete pad on the side of his home. He had noticed its gradual sinking over time, with a clear gap between the pad and the wall that had grown substantially larger. One of our expert Design Specialists visited Dave’s home and carefully inspected the concrete pad, discovering that significant soil erosion beneath the pad had caused it to settle. 

Our production team quickly stepped in and used PolyLevel, injecting it directly beneath the concrete to lift and level the pad. After completing the work, Dave was very pleased to see the concrete now fully leveled and the gap closed.
