Concrete Driveway Leveling and Repair in Umatilla, Florida

Paul's concrete driveway at his home in Umatilla, Florida, had become severely uneven after one of the slabs sank significantly into the ground, creating a major trip hazard near the entrance to his garage. Upon assessing the concrete, it was found that a substantial amount of the underlying soil had washed away, creating a lack of stability for the driveway and causing the slabs to become unlevel. A plan was created to implement our Two-Part Concrete Protection System to fully lift, level, and stabilize the concrete. First, our team injected PolyLevel directly beneath the driveway to level the concrete and stabilize the surrounding soil. Next, the joints between the slabs were filled with NexusPro to prevent water from seeping below the driveway and causing further soil erosion.
