Concrete Services Photo Album: Re-level Walkway in Estero, FL

Dale and Jane S. of Estero, Florida were growing tired of their sunken and cracked walkway and decided to call LRE Foundation Repair for help. The homeowners were hopeful there weren't any serious issues going on, but also wanted the area repaired for cosmetic reasons. LRE completed a full inspection and determined that only minor erosion and loose soil conditions were to blame for the damage, which was easily repairable. LRE used PolyLevel to re-level the walkway and stabilize the soil underneath. PolyLevel is an expanding polyurethane foam material that is injected underneath the concrete slab through small holes. Once the material starts flowing through the soil, it expands to fill any voids and lifts concrete back in place. LRE then applied a product called NexusPro, a silicone-based sealant for joints and cracks that is specially formulated to provide long-lasting results. After the project was complete, the homeowners were pleased with the outcome, having the walkway lifted and the cracks sealed.
