LRE inspected the driveway and discovered that the lack of expansion joints, coupled with settling and voids under the slab, caused instability and movement. Our team recommended using PolyLevel and NexusPro products to fix the issue. PolyLevel is a liquid material that is injected through small drill holes in the concrete, which expands once it flows through soils, solidifying unstable foundations and lifting concrete back level. The second step uses NexusPro, a silicone-based concrete sealant, to seal the cracks. The concrete slab is cleaned, and the cracks are cleaned out and prepared for the NexusPro application. Once applied to all the cracks and smoothed out, the material matches the existing concrete for a clean uniform look while protecting the area from future damage. The homeowners were thrilled with their new driveway after the project was completed.
