Cracked Concrete Driveway
Due to soil settlement and poorly placed control joints, the customer's driveway had significant cracking. You can see that some stains have formed, indicating that the concrete lacks sealant protection.
Cracking in Concrete Leading to Garage
Cracks in the driveway extended to the garage, and if left unrepaired, they could lead to more severe damage and costly repairs.
PolyLevel injections
3/8-inch holes are drilled through the concrete so our high-density polyurethane foam can be injected beneath the concrete to re-level and permanently stabilize this driveway. This long-lasting, environmentally friendly solution is lightweight and won't cause the ground to settle further.
DecoShield Concrete Sealer Application
Here you can see the DecoShield Concrete Sealer being applied to the concrete of the customer's driveway. The sealer provides a uniform tint that protects the concrete from UV radiation and extreme temperatures, ensuring long-term resistance against staining, chipping, and flaking.
Sealing Concrete Cracks with NexusPro
NexusPro is a silicone-based sealant that we use to seal all cracks and joints. It prevents water from penetrating the concrete underneath, which is partly the reason why this driveway needed repair.
