LRE Foundation Repair was invited to Jan’s home in Okeechobee, Florida, to inspect the concrete foundation of his boat house. Several sections of the concrete had sunk, creating trip hazards, and extensive cracking was evident throughout the slabs. Since the boat house sat right along a canal, soil washout was a common and expected occurrence. The LRE team implemented the Two-Part Concrete Protection System, utilizing PolyLevel to lift and stabilize the sunken slabs and NexusPro to seal the cracks, preventing water from seeping beneath the concrete. Upon the completion of the work, Jan was thrilled as his boat house's concrete was now stabilized and secure.
