Concrete Services Photo Album: Repairing Settling Lanai in Fort Myers, Florida
A section of the concrete lanai behind Bill's Fort Myers, Florida, home had suffered considerable damage, with a section of the slab settling and detaching from the rest of the structure. In search of dependable concrete repair services, he called LRE Foundation Repair for assistance. A Design Specialist inspected the concrete and found that a significant amount of soil washout had created a void underneath the slab, causing it to sink. In order to save the lanai and prevent a full replacement of the concrete, the LRE team injected the PolyLevel solution underneath the slab to lift and level the sunken portion. In addition, NexusPro was applied to seal the crack and prevent water from seeping underneath. Bill's lanai has been fully restored and permanently stabilized, providing a sense of relief that a complete replacement of the concrete was successfully avoided.
