In New Smyrna Beach, Florida, LRE Foundation Repair recently assisted a management team of a commercial property in repairing their damaged concrete ramp that connects to a large warehouse on the site. The underlying soil beneath the concrete had eroded over time, creating a large void that caused the slabs to crack and sink. Following a thorough inspection by one of our Design Specialists, a plan was created to fill the void and lift the broken concrete slab back into its proper position with PolyLevel. Our team went to work soon after injecting the PolyLevel solution directly underneath the concrete, successfully leveling the ramp to an even, safer level. The property managers can now resume their day-to-day business activities with the assurance that their warehouse ramp is fully repaired and stabilized.
