Cracked and Sunken Concrete Ramp
This section of the concrete ramp had cracked and sunk, creating a dangerous obstacle for work vehicles accessing the adjacent warehouse.
Concrete Trip Hazard
Along with being dangerous for vehicles, the sunken concrete also posed a significant trip hazard for pedestrians.
Soil Erosion
The underlying soil supporting the concrete slabs had eroded over time due to regular rainwater, creating a sizable void that resulted in the concrete sinking.
PolyLevel Injections
The LRE team injects PolyLevel directly underneath the concrete through small, discreet ports to fill the underlying voids and lift the slab back into place.
Filling Voids with PolyLevel
The voids under the concrete have been filled with PolyLevel to provide the slabs with permanent support.
Fully Repaired Concrete Ramp
Following the injection of PolyLevel, the concrete ramp is now fully leveled, stabilized, and ready for immediate use.
