Concrete Services Photo Album: Concrete Staircase Trip Hazard Repair in Altamonte Springs, Florida

Owners of an assisted living community in Altamonte Springs, Florida contacted LRE Foundation Repair for assistance with repairing a severe trip hazard that had developed in one of the concrete staircases on the property. Following a close inspection by our Design Specialist, it was determined that the soil beneath the concrete staircase had eroded, causing the staircase to become unstable and settle. To lift, level, and stabilize the concrete, our team utilized PolyLevel by injecting the solution directly beneath the staircase to fill the voids created by the eroded soil. Upon completion, the trip hazard was entirely eliminated, and the concrete was fully leveled, removing any risk of potential injuries for the residents of this community.
