I read reviews all of the time before making a decision to use a company. But, I have never taken the time to write one until now. LRE should start a business on how to run a business! All of the personnel, from the sales team to the service techs, were great - especially Justin and Jay!

Communication was outstanding and questions were answered promptly, if not immediately. Justin even called when he and Jay were about 30 minutes out and when they arrived in uniform, introduced themselves, and looked at the job, they explained how they would handle it and went right to work. Both were polite, friendly, and professional. This is exactly the way you would hope someone to be when you are having work done to your home. I would not hesitate to recommend LRE. It was a stress-free experience!
