Crawl Space Encapsulation System in Tampa, Florida

Our Design Specialist visited and discovered trapped moisture in the crawl space, creating a humid environment that was likely causing the floor issue. The damp conditions also posed a risk for mold development, which could affect the indoor air quality.

Our Design Specialist created a plan to fully encapsulate the crawl space with the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. This comprehensive system completely seals the crawl space with a highly durable moisture barrier to prevent moisture penetration to the wooden structural supports and inhibit mold growth. In addition, a specialized dehumidifier is installed to keep the air in the space clean and dry all year round.
