CleanSpace Drainage Matting Installation
The LRE team begins the CleanSpace installation process by first placing drainage matting throughout the floors of the crawl space. This matting will help direct water from the crawl space out to the perimeter drainage system.
CleanSpace Waterproofing Liner
The entire crawl space is encapsulated with the CleanSpace waterproof plastic liner to safeguard the area against moisture damage.
CleanSpace Sump Pump System
A specialized sump pump, integrated into the CleanSpace system, is installed to efficiently drain any excess water from the crawl space, directing it towards the exterior drainage system.
CleanSpace Dehumidifier
To keep the air in the crawl space clean and dry, a specialized dehumidifier is installed as a part of the CleanSpace system.
EverLast Crawl Space Door
For added protection, the LRE team installs the EverLast Crawl Space Door, ensuring an airtight, waterproof sealed entryway to the crawl space.
Exterior Drainage System Installation
The exterior drainage pipe, which redirects water away from the crawl space beneath the home, is buried beneath the surface of the yard. Catch basins have also been strategically placed along the path of the drainage pipe to facilitate the drainage of water from the yard's surface and collect any excess debris.
Pop-up Relief Drain
At the end of the drainage system, a pop-up relief drain is installed to discharge the collected rainwater away from the crawl space and around the home.
