In Coral Gables, Florida, Jerry was in the midst of repairing his apartment complex when he reached out to LRE Foundation Repair to inspect the building's crawl space. He suspected potential issues with the structural support of the floors and wanted a professional assessment.  We sent our Design Specialist to the apartment complex, and upon inspecting the crawl space, they quickly identified significant issues. Many of the wooden support joists had suffered extensive moisture damage, while several of the block piers providing support had settled into the soil. A plan was created to fully repair the floor joists and provide them with permanent and durable support with our SmartJack system. Jerry approved the plan, and our team went to work, successfully restoring the crawl space's structural integrity and ensuring lasting support for the building's floors. Now, Jerry and the tenants of this apartment complex can have peace of mind, knowing that the floors beneath them are completely secure and permanently stabilized.
