Drainage Solutions Photo Album: Flooded Patio in Orlando, FL

Noel C. encountered a severe flooding issue on his back patio in Orlando, Florida, which he tried to fix himself. With no luck, he sought assistance from LRE Foundation Repair. LRE conducted a thorough inspection and created a new drainage system tailored to Noel's property. The inspection revealed that the current downspouts and channel drains were inadequate to handle the amount of rainwater the property received. As a result, LRE installed new downspouts, trench drains, and exterior drainage to redirect the water flow away from the foundation and toward the yard. After the new system was installed, Noel was pleased to discover that his patio and foundation were no longer at risk of flooding.

To protect the patio from future damage and prevent flooding, LRE prepared the site for the installation of a trench drain, also known as a channel drain, on this patio.
