The downspout drainage system at this home had left pools of water flooding around the foundation after heavy rains. This heavy water had caused some major damage over time, to include cracks in the foundation and sinking soils.
LRE Creates New Drainage System
The first step in installing our new drainage system at this home was the excavation stage. Large trenches were created around the home where buried pipe would soon be laid.

The drainage system we designed included laying materials that make the filtration of water a breeze, intercepting pooling groundwater and allowing it drain easily.

As this new drainage installation project comes to a close, all materials are buried underground and sod is replaced, leaving the jobsite just as neat as we found it.
