Drainage Solutions Photo Album: Solution for Garage Water Intrusion in Brooksville, Florida
During heavy rainstorms, water frequently entered Robert's garage in Brooksville, Florida, causing numerous problems. Knowing very well the threat this issue posed to his home’s foundation, he reached out to us at LRE Foundation Repair to help provide a solution. After a thorough home inspection by one of our Design Specialists, we devised a plan to install a channel drain directly in front of the garage. This drain would collect and divert rainwater to a perimeter relief drain via an underground pipe. Our team carefully measured and installed the channel drain at the garage entrance, placing the connecting underground hard pipe and relief drain in the yard and extending it to the side of the property. Robert’s garage now has the proper drainage needed to prevent further water intrusion, effectively eliminating the threat to his home’s foundation.
