Drainage Solutions Photo Album: Pool Deck Channel Drain Installation in Homosassa, Florida

Harold reported recurring flooding issues in his concrete pool deck in Homosassa, Florida, and asked LRE Foundation Repair for help designing an effective drainage solution. One of our Design Specialists inspected the pool deck and created a plan to install a new, effective 4” channel drain in the deck’s concrete to collect and divert any standing rainwater out to a pop-up relief drain away from the home. After reviewing the plan with Harold, our production team went to work carefully installing the new channel drain in the concrete pool deck’s surface and ensuring the worksite was properly cleaned up upon completion. Harold’s pool deck now features an effective drainage solution to remove standing water and safeguard both the deck and his home's foundation against potential flood damage.
