Drainage Solutions Photo Album: Enhanced Exterior Drainage System in Ormond Beach, Florida
In Ormond Beach, Florida, Jeff sought a more effective exterior drainage system after experiencing frequent flooding around his pool cage and foundation following heavy rainstorms. He reached out to LRE Foundation Repair and scheduled a free inspection with one of our Design Specialists in hopes of finding a better solution. After thoroughly examining the property layout, our specialist designed a plan to install an EZ Flow French drain system around the perimeter of the pool cage. This subsurface system collects excess rainwater and diverts it through an underground drainage pipe to a pop-up relief drain at the far end of the property, away from the home. Additionally, the home’s downspouts, connected to the roof's gutter system, would be directly connected to the underground drainage system for enhanced water diversion.
Once Jeff approved the plan, our team began the installation, effectively providing his home with a superior drainage system to prevent future flooding. With this system in place, Jeff can now feel confident knowing his home is well protected against potential water damage to his foundation.
