Exterior Cracks in Stucco in Cocoa, FL

Sheila B. of Cocoa, Florida had cracks in various places on the outside stucco of her home. Suddenly, she noticed an interior crack on her ceiling and decided it was time to call LRE Foundation Repair. After an inspection to the home, it was determined that weakened and shifting soils were the main cause to the home's movement and subsequent cracking. LRE designed the perfect solution consisting of helical pier installation around the exterior of the home. These galvanized steel piers are drilled into the soil to appropriate depths and capacities and prevent future settlement from occurring. Oftentimes, helical piers provide the needed lift of the structure to close larger cracks. Once Sheila's project was complete, she was ecstatic to see the cracks closed up and the foundation stabilized.
