Pool Deck and Stem Wall Stabilization in Tampa, FL

William M. of Tampa, Florida called LRE Foundation Repair after growing concerns about his cracking pool deck and stem wall. He lived right next to an inlet and was worried about future damage. LRE injected Polylevel, a two-part expanding foam material, into small holes around the pool deck. This material not only filled the voids left by loose, washed-out soils but also expanded to lift the sunken areas of the deck back into place.
