Stairstep Cracks to Exterior Walls
This homeowner was concerned about the cracks she noticed in the sides of her walls.
Installation of Helical Piers to Home
Even though the workspace was tight, LRE was able to easily navigate the area using small construction equipment.
Helical Pier Installation Progress
We take special pride in treating homes like our own. Areas are roped off and worksites are kept as clean as possible throughout the progress of work.
Drilled Helical Piers
Helical piers are made of galvanized steel so they resist corrosion over time. These piers also have blades attached so when drilled, they act as an auger compacting soils as they go. This adds to the stabilization of the foundation.
Helical Pier Installation Process
These steel piers are placed along the side of a wall and attached to the home so they can be lifted simultaneously if need be. This adds to the stabilization of a structure as well as bringing homes back to level ground.
Bracket Installation on Piers
Galvanized steel brackets are attached to each pier allowing the pier to be affixed to the home. The whole system is buried underground when finished leaving no sign work had even been done.
Helical Pier Affixed to Home
Even in the tightest of work spaces, helical piers can be attached to the home to permanently stabilize the foundation.
Completion of Helical Pier Installation
Once the project is complete, LRE takes extra care in leaving the worksite better than we found it. Helical pier tubes and brackets are buried underground leaving the home with a clean look and stabilized foundation.
