PolyLevel is a polymer material that expands on contact with soils once its injected. In the garage, the material is injected through small drill holes, expanding to fill voids and level the concrete. Around the home, PolyLevel is injected through small tubes to further compact soils and fill larger gaps. Once the injection process was complete, LRE used its silicone-based sealer, NexusPro, to seal cracks and joints, further protecting the surface and underlying soil from the elements. After the job was finished, this homeowner was thrilled that her water intrusion problems were solved and her foundation was permanently stabilized.
