Brackets are Attached to Home
Galvanized, steel brackets attached the pier to the footer of the home. This is a permanent fixture that is buried underground once the project is complete.

Chemical Grout Injection
Chemical grout is the next step in this remediation program and consists of a polymer-based material called PolyLevel.
Expanding PolyLevel
This material expands via a chemical reaction once it reaches the soil. It flows easily as it's injected and the pressure from expansion is measured carefully.
