Interior Wall Cracks
The homeowner had noticed an increasing number of cracks appearing in the interior walls of her home, including some extending from the door frames.
Interior Wall Gaps
Gaps between the interior walls and ceiling of the home had gradually widened, signaling that the foundation was settling.
Foundation Wall Cracks
In addition to the cracks appearing along the interior walls, cracks had also developed along the base of the home's foundation on the exterior walls.
Installing Interior Slab Piers
The LRE team carefully removes small sections of the home's floors and drills through the interior slab to properly install the helical slab piers, driving them deep into the soil beneath the home.
Complete Slab Pier Installation
The slab piers have been fully installed into the stronger soil layers beneath the home and securely bracketed to the interior slabs, effectively lifting them back into their proper position and providing permanent stabilization.
Concealing Slab Piers
Once the slab piers are successfully installed and the foundation is stabilized, the LRE team will carefully conceal each pier, ensuring an even surface for the proper replacement of the missing section of flooring.
