LRE Foundation Repair is hiring an experienced and motivated Chemical Grout Crew Foreman. Prior experience with poly injection/chemical grout, construction, soil stabilization, and labor required. Bilingual is a plus!
As the Foreman, you’ll lead a team that goes to customers’ homes to safely install high quality foundation repair products. You’ll communicate with the customer throughout the job and ensure they have a remarkable experience. But that’s not all. You’ll also be impacting homeowner’s lives by solving the most serious issues with their home. At LRE, we also redefine for our employees. To be successful in the role, here's what we need from you:
• Experience supervising projects and crew members as it relates to construction is preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in construction or heavy labor role. This is a "hands-on" foreman role.
• Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• Ability to travel out of town and stay overnight occasionally.
• Ability to climb a ladder, kneel, and crawl with unrestricted lifting ability.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work overtime if needed.
• Ability to use applications and programs on a handheld device.
• Good communication skills with ability to speak, read, and write in English.
